David has an award winning record of accomplishments in sales, consulting, and training with Fortune 500 companies (GlaxoSmithkline, Colgate/Hills, and AmerisourceBergen), and start up companies. In his 30 years of experience, he has facilitated the restructure of a $19 billion dollar drug company sales organization, built three sales training departments from the ground up, and was selected for the GlaxoSmithkline Presidents Solid Gold Circle for outstanding performance. He has been published in the Strategic Account Management Associations magazine (Velocity) has mentored leaders in numerous industries.
David was a co-chair of the PIHRA District 14 Diversity Conference is the current diversity co-chair for that district and is a board member and membership committee co-chair for the California Diversity Council. Through his past association with the Novations Group and in his current role at Global Lead Management Consulting LLC he has assisted many organizations in implementing diversity and inclusion strategies that exceeded their intended outcomes.
David earned his Masters of Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Business School, and the Aubrey Daniels School of Performance Management. He is a certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and What Matters Most Seminar Leader, a Board Member of Avenus LLC., a member of American Society for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Management, National Human Resources Association, Black MBA Association, and the International Society for Performance Improvement. David was appointed to the Avenus LLC Board of Directors and held that position until 2007.
