Enrique has the spent the last 25 years in the Human Resources and Organization Learning arenas and is currently a Senior Consultant with DRG.  He has worked with companies such as Pfizer, Washington Mutual, First American and Liberty Mutual in various management roles and also consulted for clients such as Boeing, 3M, Edison, American Family and Medtronic on broad based strategic diversity initiatives. 

Enrique brings a powerful mix of Human Resources expertise and Organization Development practice and assessment to the work he performs and his cross-cultural background and broad travels allow him to understand the diverse and global work place we now participate in.

Enrique has his B.S in Industrial Management and Training, as well as his Professional Certification in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota.  He is also certified as a 360 assessment coach by the Center for Creative Leadership and as Career Transition Coach by Webster University.  Finally he is proud of his many years of association with the Society for Human Resources Management where he is certified as a life Senior Professional in Human Resources and where he served for several years as a member of the Society’s National Workplace Diversity Committee.
