The monthly membership fees are as follows:
Up to 2 hours of live engagement with an HR Professional …………… $250.00
Up to 4 hours of live engagement with an HR Professional …………… $400.00
Up to 6 hours of live engagement with an HR Professional …………… $510.00
Up to 8 hours of live engagement with an HR Professional …………… $600.00Any additional hours exceeding 8 hours will be determined at the monthly rate of $75.00 per hour.
The “Outside of Business Hours” cost will be at the minimum rate of $50.00 per 30 minute increments.
In addition, your HR Membership will give you personal access to DRG’s forms library for all of your Employer/Employee forms.
This program refers to virtual and on-line consultations only. On-site consultations will be billed at the standard hourly rates agreed on between DRG and the client.
When you outsource your HR and Staffing needs to DRG Employment Solutions, we will diagnose and discuss alternative solutions to improve Employer practices in addition to managing your direct hire process in-house or off-site to improve retention and ultimately reduce overall costs....
