Roger comes to DRG Management Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Consultant with 20+
years of diverse HR background and executive-level experience with a solid record of
accomplishments from large to small-sized companies, including Ford
Aerospace/Loral/Lockheed Martin; Sprint PCS; Irvine Sensors Corporation; Sonnet
Technologies; and HepaHope, Inc. Roger is a team player with both a strategic and tactical
focus who takes pride in building credible, collaborative relationships.
Roger received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State
University, Long Beach and his MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Roger
served for 2 years in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1971. Roger brings
excellent project management, as well as exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. He
has been recognized for delivering exceptional, high quality results throughout his career,
including process improvements, and specializes in implementing HR programs that are either in
need of improvement or are non-existent. Roger is motivated by the opportunity to encourage,
mentor and empower others to realize their strengths, talents, skills and potential, while
delivering corporate results.

During his spare time, Roger provides one-on-one counseling to the men of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA, assisting men in exploring their unique talents, skills and gifts that can be used to serve in one of over 400 ministries available at Saddleback. He is married to his wife, Denise, and they have four children and four grandchildren.
