With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Walter embraced his entrepreneurial talents and founded DRG in 2003.  His goal was to build a premier HR & Staffing consulting firm to serve public, private and non-profit companies.

Walter is a seasoned consultant with business management, human resources, and employment background in numerous functions and industries such as sales, healthcare, insurance and financial services, information technology, engineering, manufacturing, customer service and the human resources industries. 

Walter relocated to Southern CA in 2000 from Connecticut where he was employed in variety of roles as a Staffing Consultant, Employment Counselor, HR professional and Manager with several Fortune 500 Insurance Corporations. In addition, Walter’s experience includes working for one of Connecticut’s largest private general hospitals as an HR Consultant managing their employment functions.

In 2006, he was among 1000 recipients in the United States to be honored with the “National Congressional Leadership Award” for excellence in support of independent businesses in America. He was honored by attending a dinner and reception with President Bush and other political dignitaries in Washington, DC.

Walter received his Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University. He received his Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Technology and Organizational Development. Along with his degree, Walter was named “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges”. He became a tenured professor after 10 years of teaching on HR theories and management practices. Walter also served his country in the Army National Guard for 10 years.
