DRG was started over 10 years ago as a staffing and human resources support organization. Its initial focus was supporting HR functional needs such as HR policy and handbook creation, file reviews, and compensation and benefits program development. We had a full cycle staffing group that accurately met the client’s needs for finding the right talent. Those core business offerings are still key components of DRG, but over the years we have grown in the sophistication we offer our clients and developed unique models for doing so.
