    b)  Tourist Visa holders and currently in the U.S. wanting to work here in the U.S. (Includes Tourist Visa Extension & Cultural Awareness Program)  

    c)  Those already here and do not need our Cultural Awareness Program

2)  H1B Holders (those already in the U.S. with work Visa) wanting to convert to Green Cards

3)  Unskilled or Non-Professional (less than 2 years experience)

     a)  Those still in other countries and need our Cultural Awareness to adjust in the U.S.

     b)  Tourist Visa Holders and currently in the U.S. wanting to work here in the U.S. (Includes Tourist Visa Extension and Cultural Awareness Program)

     c)  Those already here and do not need our Cultural Awareness Program)

4)  Business Immigrants - Investors and Religious Workers

     a)  With our Cultural Awareness Program

     b)  Without our Cultural Awareness Program

5)  All Others are dealt with on a case to case basis:

     b)  Family Based Petitions like Marriage, Fiancé Visa, Parents & Children

     c)  PERM Labor Certification

     d)  Tourist Visa Extension
