Our mission is to improve our client’s bottom line by reviewing and enhancing policies and practices pertaining to staffing and retention.  Diversified resource Group is contracted to work closely with your internal staff to improve the employment process and overall retention.   This is done by observing, analyzing and diagnosing the organizational behavior of our client companies and assignments.  We apply our selection formula and DRG’s CAFÉ Theory of Management, (Coach, Assist, Follow Up and Evaluate) to ensure successful outcomes.  This is done by teaming up with the hiring manager throughout the hiring and selection process which includes on and off site efforts.
